11. Following Istanbul Call Center Fair and Conference

We have been attending the Call Center Fair and Conference since the day it started. This year our stand included the products of our business partners Verint and Genesys in addition to our own products.

As was the case with the previous years, at this year’s fair we once again acted in accordance with our innovative spirit that we have been maintaining for the last 23 years as a dearly-embraced tradition and shared our newly developed products and value-adding services with the fair visitors. We provided our customers with our Viases product family’s Viases Cloud product, which includes new technologies and value-adding services.

We know that cloud computing also includes call centers and that cloud computing needs are increasing in parallel with the sector’s growth. To this end, we promoted our safe, flexible, and sustainable products and business models. We developed our products by knowing that call centers are not only limited to inbound and outbound processes and that they should also include Quality Management, IVR, Audio Record Systems, Scripter, and Workforce Optimization systems in addition to those processes. On the top of it, we explained our Viases Social Media product – a platform where call centers will offer the best customer experience also in social media.  In short, this year’s Call Center Fair has been a fair providing our customers with lots of innovations. We think that in the upcoming years the fair will grow with the attendance of not only call centers but also other sectors.
