The Verint Inbox project, which brought an award to SYS & AssisTT, is a software specifically developed to measure the service quality of call center agents based on many criteria. The target operation including statistical significance aimed at managing service quality in call centers makes sure that agent and specific calls are reached. This software completely automated thousands of transactions that were previously carried out manually. The fact that the system consists of automated processes offers an opportunity to randomly and fairly evaluate the agents’ calls. Thus, it ensures more productive and certain results with fewer people.
Making a statement regarding the award, AssisTT General Manager Ali Dülgeroğlu said that they achieved success in service quality and financial aspects thanks to a teamwork that has been continuing in the management for the last two years and expressed his satisfaction with the fact that this success was crowned with an international award. “We have been rapidly progressing towards being a contact center that understands customer needs from end to end instead of just being a call center waiting on the other side of the phone,” Dülgeroğlu said. SYS General Manager Tümer Gürkök also made a statement regarding their awarded project and said “We are able to offer special developments and solutions in many areas as we not only develop system integrations but also software products. This award became a good example of the customer-supplier cooperation.”
