• if the reasons requiring the process of the personal data have disappeared even though they have been processed in accordance with KVKK and other relevant laws and legislation provisions, request your personal data to be deleted or destroyed and request the process performed in this scope to be notified to the third parties the personal data has been transferred, 
• object to a consequence that has emerged against the relevant person by means of analysis of processed data exclusively via automatic systems, 
• if someone has suffered a loss due to illegal processing of the personal data, request recovery of this loss.

In accordance with the KVKK article 11, paragraph 1 and the Notification on Application Procedures and Principles to Data Officer, you can deliver your requests about these rights by completing the Relevant Person Application Form available in our web site,  

• by in person visiting our Company located at …, 
• in written form by means of notary or a registered letter with return receipt in order to authenticate your identity and avoid from providing information to wrong persons, 
• by sending an e-mail to our Company’s address kvkk@….  by using the electronic mail address previously notified to our Company and registered in our systems (if exist)  
• or by other means to be determined by the Board in the future.
