What is an outside call?
It is the type of call made without the need for a customer representative. The uploaded data is automatically searched through the system and in the opened calls , service is provided with scenarios prepared over the Viases IVR system. It is preferred for survey, reminder and informational calls.
Customer representatives have the opportunity to review customer information before making a call. It is a preferred method in private customer calls, the agent triggers the call initiation.
When customer representatives are ready, the system initiates an automatic call, answered calls are automatically connected to the representative. The system makes only one call as long as there is a available agent, it takes no risk. Starts a new call if the call is not answered.
