What is an outside call?

Outbound Calling is an automatic call system that increases efficiency compared to manual calls in call centers.
The advanced outbound algorithm analyzes the calls of the customer representatives and makes new call attempts with minimum waiting time. It also analyzes the data in real time and speeds up or slows down the call speed accordingly with the support of CPD (Call Process Detection) , you can detect operator announcements and increase your productivity by connecting only calls opened by customers to a customer representative.

Robot Call

It is the type of call made without the need for a customer representative. The uploaded data is automatically searched through the system and in the opened calls , service is provided with scenarios prepared over the Viases IVR system. It is preferred for survey, reminder and informational calls.

Preview Call

Customer representatives have the opportunity to review customer information before making a call. It is a preferred method in private customer calls, the agent triggers the call initiation.

Progressive Call

When customer representatives are ready, the system initiates an automatic call, answered calls are automatically connected to the representative. The system makes only one call as long as there is a available agent, it takes no risk. Starts a new call if the call is not answered.

Predictive Call
It is the most aggressive and efficient search type. Like progressive dialing, the system makes calls and connects answered calls to the agent. In addition, during the call, it tries to connect calls to agents as soon as possible using search algorithms. Uploaded data, number of representatives, campaign settings etc. are analyzed and a search is made by running estimation algorithms accordingly.

Progressive Arama

Müşteri temsilcileri hazır olduklarında sistem otomatik arama başlatır, cevaplanan çağrılar temsilciye otomatik bağlanır. Sistem müsait temsilci oldukça sadece bir arama yapar, risk almaz. Çağrı cevaplanmazsa yeni arama başlatır.

Predictive Arama
En agresif ve verimli arama türüdür. Progressive arama gibi, sistem arama yapar ve cevaplanan çağrıları temsilciye bağlar. Buna ek olarak, arama sırasında, arama algoritmalarını kullanarak temsilcilere mümkün olan en kısa sürede çağrıları bağlamaya çalışır. Yüklenen data, temsilci sayısı, kampanya ayarları vs. analiz edilir ve buna göre tahminleme algoritmaları çalıştırılarak arama yapılır.
